一、Comic strip
1.wake up醒来，唤醒（注意：当wake up接代词作宾语时，代词要放在中间）
I’m so tired. Don’t wake me up,Mum.
I don’t want to wake you up.
awake 醒着的，adj
I was still awake at four o’clock in the morning.
2.Is it time for breakfast?到早饭的时间了吗？
It’s time for sth … 是…的时候了。大多数情况可以转换为It’s time to do sth.
It’s time for lunch=It’s time to have lunch.
It’s time for me to go to school.
3.Shall we go walking in the hills?我们去山上散步好吗？
Shall we +V(原形)? 表示提出建议。
表示建议的句型有：
why not +do
Why don’t you+do
What about/how about +doing
How about going to the park?
hill n. 小山， 词组：in the hill.在山上
4. know how to have fun.知道如何享乐
该词组是由“特殊疑问词+不定式to do”构成的不定式短语，用作动词know的宾语。 Do you know how to make a kite?

have fun/enjoy oneself/have a good time doing sth 做某事玩的开心，过得愉快

1.do morning exercises 做早操
exercises 是可数名词，意为“操练，练习”，常用复数形式。

exercise 做不可数名词为“锻炼，运动”; My parents do exercise every morning.
exercise 做动词，意为“锻炼，运动”。 We need to exercise more.
do morning exercises做早操

take exercise 做运动，锻炼
2.I’m never late for it.我上学从不迟到。
be late for 迟到
Please don’t be late for class next time.
3.usually adv. 通常，经常。 Women usually live longer than men.
表示频率的副词有：always, often, sometimes, seldom, never

First I had to decide what to wear.
Work must come first.
first可做名词，表示第一个人或事物，作形容词，表示第一的
固定搭配：at first 首先 the first time第一次 first of all首先，第一
（注意：first为序数词，前面应加 the。但序数词作定语且前面有形容词性物主代词等修饰时，不带the）
This is our first lesson.
He is my first friend.
3.They are all nice to me .他们都对我很好。
be nice to sb.对某人友好
常见的类似结构：be friendly to sb. be polite to sb.
The teachers here are all nice to us.
4.We often chat with each other or play in the playground.我们经常互相聊天或者在操场上玩
chat with sb. 与某人聊天 chat about sth.闲谈某事
I chat with him online.
chat作名词时，意为闲谈，have a chat with sb. I often have a long chat with my father.
5. I also like playing volleyball.我也喜欢打排球。
also为副词，用于肯定句中表示也，位于系动词之后，实意动词之前
Helen is also from England. She also plays the piano well.
否定句中，表示也用either，放于句末，并用逗号隔开
She is only three years old. She can’t read and can’t write,either.
6.have a good time玩的愉快
与have a great time, have fun, have a wonderful time, enjoy oneself同义。
7.practise v. 练习，训练 后接名词、代词或动名词-ing形式
We practise speaking English in class every day.
practise后接 动词-ing形式，不可接动词不定式，即 practise doing sth.
practice 是名词
8.Best wishes最美好的祝愿。
wish n. 希望，祝愿
v.希望，但愿 （1）wish to do sth. I wish to help you ,but I can’t.
(2) wish sb to do sth. I wish you to come to my party.
(3) wish sb sth. I wish you a happy New Year.
hope to do sth
Hope +that 从句
I hope that he can come here tomorrow.
