纸盒成型机设计
摘要
本文设计的粘贴式天地盖纸盒成型机,将已经经过剪裁和压痕的纸板进行一次性纸盒冲压成型。由于生产的纸盒尺寸可变,工作之前需要预先通过转动具有双向螺纹的长螺柱来调节纵向和横向弯板间的距离,一次纸盒成型过程分为几个时间阶段,主要是通过已设计好的不规则轮廓的大小凸轮以及成对的带轮和锥齿轮完成时间上的控制。纸板输送定位后,纸板随上可换冲头运动,先弯折带有纸舌两侧的纸板,然后进行纸舌弯折涂胶,最后进行另外两侧纸板的弯折同时与经过表面涂胶的纸舌粘贴,成型完成后纸盒随下可换冲压头在弹簧作用力下返回至成型初始位置,在进行下一张纸板输送的同时完成出料过程,通过协调各部分之间的运动时间关系完成在各个机构运动周期内的一次纸盒成型。
灌肠袋muhdpe合金管该机型为全机械设计,具有整体尺寸小、机能可靠、生产周期短、并能方便调节产品尺寸进行产品调整作业等优点,可以接入生产线流水作业,也能够进行单件少批量的生产,因此它对实际的生产具有很多现实意义。

1.1各种包装纸盒及其分类
纸盒属于纸包装的一种,是纸板经过折叠、糊制等方法组合成型的纸制包装容器,材料多为薄纸板。由于其强度所限,纸盒的容积一般不能过大,且多应用于中小商品的外包装,如药盒、烟盒、化妆品
及日用品包装等。用作包装的纸盒具有印刷精美、结构灵活等特点,并且能够对所包装的产品带来无形的额外附加价值,因此被广泛用于销售包装。纸材料又是一种可回收、可降解、不对环境造成污染的“绿材料”,因此,纸盒包装具有广泛的用途,目前被广泛应用于各类包装[1]。
