摘要
本次设计为ZL40装载机行星式动力换挡变速箱。ZL40装载机是一种轮式装载机,被广泛应用于建筑、铁路、公路、水电、港口、矿山、农田基本建设与国防等工程中,更多地被用来对土壤、砂石、石灰、煤炭等散装物进行铲装、搬运、卸载与平整作业,也可轻度铲挖矿山、硬土以与装卸钢管、木料等,具有作业速度快、效率高、机动灵活、操纵方便这些特点,已经成了工程建设中土石方施工的主要机种之一。而行星式动力变速箱具有结构紧凑、载荷容量大、传动效率高、齿间负荷小、结构刚度好、输入输出轴同心和更加容易地实现动
力与自动换挡等优点,同时也有结构复杂、零件多、制造精度高、修理复杂不足之处。随着制造加工精度的提高,这种变速箱不仅在工程车辆上得到了被普遍使用,在汽车上的应用也越来越广泛。
智能鞋柜滚动转子式压缩机首先通过发动机与液力变矩器的匹配设计计算,使发动机功率能够充分利用,进而改善装载机牵引性能,然后选择装载机的传动方案,变速箱有两个前进档位,一个后退档位,通过操纵两个换挡离合器便可实现换挡。离合器类型为双离合器,换挡迅速平稳。最后进行了变速箱主要参数的确定和配齿计算,通过主要零部件的强度刚度计算以与轴承寿命验算,变速箱满足了设计要求
