1. PPT呈现John和Zhang Peng的图片
T: Look, here comes our friend Zhang Peng and
John. How tall is John? Who is taller? Let’s watch
the video.
2. Check the answers.
(二)分别呈现。硬件监控
1.呈现taller, shorter.
(1)PPT呈现姚明和潘长江图片。T: Who is he? Ss: He is Yao Ming.He is tall. How tall is he? Let’s ask him: How tall are you? 课件呈现I’m 2.26 meters. 板书How tall are you? I’m…meters.领读,男女生问答。
同法询问潘长江的身高,然后做比较:Yao Ming is taller than Pan Changjiang. Pan Changjiang is shorter than Yao Ming. 板书taller. shorter. 领读,分组读,指名读。
(2)Try to read the numbers.
1.16m, 1.53m, 1.45m, 1.60m, 1.65m, 1.36m.
(3)Let’s practice.
A: How tall are you?
B: I’m … met ers. How tall are you?
A: I’m … met ers.
B: I’m taller/shorter than you.
2. 呈现older, younger.
(1)PPT呈现Sarah和Miss White询问年龄的画面,呈现:How old are you? I’m …years old.比较两人年龄引出:Sarah is younger than Miss White. Miss white is older than Sarah.板书领读younger,older.
(2)PPT呈现范冰冰,杨紫图片,帮助学生理解原级和比较级的用法。数码理疗仪
T: Look,Fan Bing bing is young, but Yang Zi is younger.

(3) PPT呈现两位老人的图片练习运用old, older.
T: This woman is old, and that woman is older.
3.比较小猴子和小兔子的尾巴长短引出:long-longer, short—shorter.
板书,操练。
4.总结回顾本节课所学形容词的比较级:一般情况下在词尾加er.
5.听音正音。
6.小组合作读。
