基于PLC的自动售货机控制系统的设计

摘要

人脸识别考勤此次设计是基于PLC的自动售货机控制系统,首先分析了无人自动售货机的发展历程及发展前景,然后根据其的功能特点详细设计了在此次设计中所需要实现的功能,根据设计功能进行自动售货机的硬件及软件的设计和选型。在进行硬件设计时选用型号为XINX的步进驱动电机,硬币和纸币识别两种货币处理装置,弹簧推送式的送出机构,需要用到的按钮及指示灯种类,以三菱FX-2N-48MR型PLC为主控制器,软件设计时,基于GX Developer编程软件,采用梯形图进行系统控制程序的设计,包括投币累加、比较选择购买和退币复位程序,并采用GX—Simulator来进行程序的调试,最后使用组态王软件进行自动售货机的仿真。

该设计是基于市场需要进行的相关功能的设计及仿真,提高了可靠性,符合市场的需求。
