电网企业全过程技术监督评价指标体系建设研究

        要: 为了实现全过程技术监督的闭环管理,有效发挥指标评价的导向作用,保证电网安全、优质和经济运行,建立了技术监督评价指标体系和AHP评价模型,并探索了AHP评价模型的推广应用。采取分析法、Delphis方法和综合法对技术监督指标体系进行初建。以电能质量监督专业作为实例,定量评价地市局的电能质量监督执行情况。通过AHP评价模型的全过程技术监督评价指标体系的建立,可以对电网企业的技术监督工作进行有效、合理的评价,实现技术监督体系的闭环管理。

blished. The extension and application of AHP evaluation model are explored. The analysis method Delphis method and comprehensive method are used to build the technical supervision indicator system in preliminary. The professional power quality supervision is taken as an instance to quantitatively eva⁃luate the power quality supervision and execution conditions of the urban power bureau. The establishment of the wholeprocess technical supervision evaluation indicator system based on AHP evaluation model can effectively and reasonably evaluate the technical supervision of power grid enterprise毛发收集器 and realize the closedloop management of the technical supervision system.
