摘要:文章进行了大通香与内饰材料的相容性研究,结果表明PC/ABS、ABS类材料不耐香精腐蚀,不适合做香氛系统的材料;采用不同载体进行大通香挥发速度研究,结果表明,高温熔融技术将香精融入EVA中制成的香块,持香时间长,采用浸泡方式制成的陶瓷香块和PE绵香块,持香时间短;采用不同载体进行大通香气味强度和舒适性研究,结果表明,EVA香块的气味强度和舒适性保持时间长,强度和舒适性相对稳定,陶瓷香块和PE绵香块均表现为前期浓后期淡的不良效果;采用不同载体香块放入香氛系统,研究香氛系统的混香程度,结果表明,EVA 香块香氛系统不易混香,陶瓷香块和PE绵香块香氛系统易混香。

导盲仪Abstract:The compatibility of Datong fragrance and interior materials is studied in this paper.The results show that PC/ABS and ABS materials are not suitable for flavor corrosion and are not suitable for making fragrance system materials. The volatilization speed of Datong fragrance is studied by different carriers.The results show that high temperature melting technology melted essence into the fragrant blocks made from EVA,holding long fragrance time,and using the immersion method to make ceramic blocks and PE fragrant blocks.The results showed that the odor intensity and comfort of EVA fragrances were long,the intensity and comfort of EVA fragrances were relatively stable,the ceramic fragrances and PE cotton fragrances showed the bad effects of early concentration and later dilution,and the fragrances of different carriers were put into the fragrance system to study the fragrance mixing degree of the fragrance system.The results show that the fragrance system of EVA block is not easy to mix,and that of ceramic block and PE cotton block is easy to mix.
