虹吸雨排系统在商业综合体种植屋面的应用

摘要:上海地区降雨量大,种植屋面结构荷载大,屋面雨水无法迅速排走,严重影响植物的正常生长。如果存在渗漏等情况,会给经营者带来经济损失,严重者还会因为负荷增加导致结构坍塌,从而造成重大人身和财产损失。通过 从设计、材料选择、施工节点等方面介绍种植屋面虹吸雨排系统的关点,保证虹吸雨排的施工量和应用效果,为目提供指导和借鉴。

0引言
种植屋面虹吸排水系统屋面正常的排水还排种植水植物系的正生长系统

2设计关键要点
屋面总汇水面积8695m2,根据种植形式和汇水面积确定采13个虹吸系统42个虹吸雨水斗并设置雨水系统。屋面⑴雨水设计重现期为10a,并按照50a重期校核,通往地室的车道入口部重现期为50a。屋面流系0.9,室流系取0.75,屋面设置溢流排水口,按照上海暴雨强公式:!=(9.45+6.7932lg TE)/("+5.54)0.6514(mm/h)
进行设计计算。部分关节点做法见图2。

2.1屋面天沟

部设置与屋面防水层材料相同或相容的防水附加层。屋面转角处的防水附加层,每边的宽度均不小于250mm且高于种植土100mm°竖向穿过屋面的管道在结构层内预埋套管,套管高岀种植土250mm°2.2系统分层设计

考虑与各种不同屋面防水的完美搭接,在土结构沥青防水处采用不锈钢触片虹吸水斗,在土结构PVC

屋面防水的不锈钢法兰虹吸雨水斗。另外,根据不同面积计算选用6100L不同流量的雨水斗,在无法穿越楼板的特殊工况选用6L/s的同层排水雨水斗。

3.3紧固系统
虹吸雨排系统运行时水流速度快、冲击力大,需
要良好的紧固系统来确保其正常工作。紧固系统由
方钢、C型钢、连接件、导向和锚固管卡等部件组成。
针对不同管径选用不同的支撑材料,其中
De40-De200的管道采用30x30x2,,优质方钢,De250-De315的管道采用62X41X2.5mm优质多孔C型钢。紧固系统采用“鲁班锁”工艺预装,安装便捷、高效,可以有效地节省安装时间和人工成本。200mm以上立管固管卡采用可以吸的特管件,保立管水管安装固、运行安全。可确保在-20〜404系统管道无。采用不易锈蚀的内管卡,可以全管道水时的,有效管道

验标准要点包括检查、雨水检查、溢流检查、管道安装情况检查、紧固系统检查等。‘天沟和虹吸雨水内理干净,不得留有任何杂物。
流流管道系统的和施工符要求。雨水斗周围检查结蓄水淋水试验进行。雨水立管和水干管均做水试验,水无堵塞。室内雨水管道根据管材和建筑高度选择整段分段进行灌水试验,灌水高度根立管上部雨水1h,管道和连接无渗,水试验。
