基于无线传感器网络中选择性转发攻击检测方法的研究

摘要
无线传感器网络(Wireless Sensor Networks,WSNs)是一种由大量微型传感器节点组成,通过无线通信方式进行数据的获取,处理和传输的新型技术。随着近年来的快速发展和日趋成熟,使得该项技术不仅仅局限于军事领域,而且在民用等其他领域存在巨大的潜力,因此,保证WSNs中数据的安全传输显的尤为重要。选择性转发攻击作为WSNs中常见的内部攻击类型,经常和别的内部攻击相结合对网络产生更大的影响,因此,检测选择性转发攻击对WSNs的安全至关重要。本文所做的具体研究如下:
首先,介绍了WSNs的概念与特点以及发展现状,并分析介绍了WSNs中常见的选择性转发攻击。与此同时,针对选择性转发攻击对WSNs数据泄露造成的威胁,对两种常见的WSNs入侵检测模型进行详细分析阐述。
其次,针对无线传感器网络中的选择性转发攻击行为,提出一种基于多跳确认和信任评估的选择性转发攻击检测方法。通过源节点发送请求包,中间节点回复响应包的方式来确定路径中产生恶意丢包行为的节点,进而运用Bate分布来确定路径中每个节点的信任值,将更新后的信任值与对应的信任值阈值比较,进行恶意节点的判定。该模型解决了多跳确认模型多恶意节点检测率低,信任评估模型静态适应性差的问题。
最后,考虑到WSNs中节点转发率具有随机性和不确定性,容易受到环境等众多因素的影响,提出了一种基于简化云模型的选择性转发攻击检测方法。将简化云模型引入到信任评估模型,利用改进的K/N投票算法求得目标节点的信任值,将目标节点的信任值与信任阈值比较,进行选择性转发攻击节点的判定。仿真结果表明,该方法能够有效的检测网络产生的选择性转发攻击节点,具有较高的检测率和较低的误检率。

Abstract
Wireless Sensor Networks(WSNs)are a new type of technology that consist of a large number of micro-sensor nodes for data acquisition,processing and transmission via wireless communication.With the rapid development and maturity in recent years,the technology is not only limited to the military field,but also has great potential in other fields such as civilian use.Therefore,it is particularly important to ensure the safe transmission of data in WSNs.As a common internal attack type in WSNs,selective forwarding attacks often have a greater impact on the network in combination with other internal attacks.Therefore,detecting selective forwarding attacks is critical to t
he security of WSNs.The specific research done in this paper is as follows:
Firstly,the concept and characteristics of WSNs and their development status are introduced,and the selective forwarding attacks commonly found in WSNs are introduced.At the same time,the two common WSNs intrusion detection models are analyzed in detail for the threats caused by selective forwarding attacks to WSNs data leakage.
Secondly,aiming at the selective forwarding attack behavior in wireless sensor networks,a selective forwarding attack detection method based on multi-hop acknowledgment and trust evaluation(MHA-TE)is proposed.By sending request packet through source node,the intermediate node replies to the response packet to determine the node that generates the malicious packet loss behavior in the path.Then the Bate distribution is used to determine the trust value of each node in the path.The updated trust value is compared with the corresponding trust value threshold to determine the malicious node.The model solves the problem that the multi-hop confirmation model has low detection rate of multiple malicious nodes and the static adaptability of the trust evaluation model is poor.
Finally,considering the randomness and uncertainty of node forwarding rate in WSNs,it is easy to be
affected by many factors such as environment.A selective forward attack detection method based on simplified cloud model is proposed.By introducing a

simplified cloud model to the trust evaluation model,using the improved K/N voting algorithm obtains the trust value of the target node.The trust value of the target node is compared with the trust threshold to selectively forward the attack node.The simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively detect the selective forwarding attack nodes generated by the network,and has a high detection rate and a low error detection rate.
