L形额肌瓣悬吊重度上睑下垂的临床研究作者：李燕来源：《中国美容医学》2011年第07期 [摘要]目的：探讨重度上睑下垂的手术方法。方法：制作宽蒂、深面分离多浅面分离少的L形额肌瓣，重度上睑下垂81例114只眼。结果：临床81例115只眼，随访0.5～3年，矫正良好，外形自然，无复发及并发症发生，均获满意疗效。结论：L形额肌瓣悬吊术是重度上睑下垂可靠而有效的方法。 [关键词]上睑下垂；L形额肌瓣；悬吊术

Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore a methods of treating severe blepharoptosis.Methods81cases (114eyes) patients with severe blepharoptosis were treated by L-shaped frontalis muscle flap that the separation of the deep layer is more than its of the superficial layer.Ressults81cases (114eyes) were followed 6 months to 3 years after the operation, correction result is good with the fluent form and had no relapse and complications.ConclusionThe suspension of frontalis muscle flap is a credible and effective treatment for severe blepharoptosis.
