Abstract： The current status of carbon fiber industry patent is analyzed by using the database of intellectual property， especially the patent distribution of the patentee， time and application fields， in order to improve the development of carbon fiber technology， promote the development of industrialization process engineering and carbon fiber industry in China put forward the proposal for the layout of patent.
