摘要：自改革开放以来，我国经济与技术均得到了飞速发展，且随着我国建筑业的快速发展，我国中央集中空调系统的应用面及应用数量急剧上升。近年来，由于我国空调制冷设备管理与安全技术方面尚不完善，由此给人们造成的生活及工作困扰愈加严重，所以，加强及改进空调系统人员培训、安全技术及运行管理工作迫在眉睫。在本案，笔者将以现阶段我国空调系统管理与安全技术现状及存在的问题为线索，探析如完善规章制度、强化业务培训、健全培训教材等针对性强的解决措施。
