1. Lambda DNA
Lambda DNA is commonly used as a substrate in restriction enzyme activity assays and for preparation of DNA molecular weight standards. The phage is isolated from a heat-inducible lysogenic E.coli W3110 ( cI 857 S am7) strain. The DNA is isolated from purified phage by standard purification procedure.
The molecule is linear double-stranded DNA, 48502 base pairs in length.
Molecular Weight: 31.5 x 106 daltons.
Storage Buffer: 10mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.6) and 1mM EDTA.
Quality Control: Gel analysis for purity and homogeneity of Alw21I, CpoI and HindIII fragmentation patterns.

III. pTG19-T载体
pTG-19T是一种新颖的pUC系列T载体,其多克隆位点更多的单切点和b-半乳糖苷酶阅读框架的调整大大方便了克隆的蓝/筛选。插入位点两端独特设计的两个PstI位点使插入片段可以用Pst I单酶切进行检测,也可以用非常廉价而高效的EcoR IHind III 双酶切进行检测。可以用M13通用引物和T7启动子引物对PCR产物进行测序。pTG-19T含有T7 RNA聚合酶的启动子,可以对插入片段进行体外转录。
