1. 目的Propose

本方案是用以指导检验员对原材料、外协加工件和客供件进行检查和试验，确保来料能符合公司质量要求。

2. 范围 Scope

3. 检验依据 Basic of Inspection

3.1 检验人员根据图纸、工艺要求、相关标准、相关规范，对物料进行检验；

3.2 检验完成后形成检验报告，发给相关部门。

4. 基本内容 Basic contents

4.1 原材料Raw Materials

1. 检验人员接到《辅材入库检验申请单》后，根据技术图纸工艺要求、相关规范，对来料辅材进行检验；

2. 原材料辅料一般检验内容：批号核对100%，外观抽查100%；

General testing items:100% check the batch number , 100% spot visualinspection;

3. 原材料辅料证书审核、登记、存档，要求100%；

4. 原材料辅料性能检验，根据相关技术工艺要求或生产使用情况，由原材料检验组确定抽查比例及检验内容；

5. 其他物料检验时，对尺寸、外观10%检验。有证书的则100%核对、登记。

1. 检验人员接到经营部的检验通知后，根据技术图纸工艺要求、相关规范，对客供品进行检验。客供品包括：法兰、内装件等；

After receive the inspection notices from Business Department, the inspectorsmust inspect the supplies of customers per related drawings, specifications, of which contains: flange, internals, etc.;

2. 法兰检验：根据图纸及工艺要求，对批量法兰进行首件检验其余则外观进行100%检验；证书100%登记；材料性能的复验，视需要由检验人员判定；

3. 内件检验：根据图纸及工艺要求，对批量内装件进行首件检验，其余则外

观检验100%或根据实际情况抽查；

4. 如果有需要，对其他物料需要检验时，对尺寸、外观5%~10%检验。

It must be to5%~ 10%inspect the size, appearance for the other materials if needed.

1. 检验人员接到相关部门的检验通知后，根据技术图纸工艺要求、相关规范，对外协件进行检验；

2. 内件检验时参考外协厂检验报告，对问题物料进行复检；其余的则10%检查外观；

When inspect the internals, it can use by inspection records from Subcontractors, if have quality problems of the materials, should reinsert them promptly; The others need to be 10% visual inspected.

3. 门框检验时，对门框外观100%检验；

When Door examination, it required to visual inspect by 100%;

4. 外协法兰检验时，对法兰尺寸、外观100 检验；编号100%登记；

When the flange of examination from Subcontractors , it required to inspect flange size and visual by 100%; registration number by 100%;

5. 样板检验时，对尺寸、外观100%检验；

When the sample plates of examination, it required to inspect the size and visual by 100%;

6. 其他物料检验时，对尺寸、外观10%检验。

When the others of examination, it required to inspect the size and visual by 10%;

5. 原材料钢板检验细则 Raw Materials Steel Plate Inspection Rules

5.1 钢板测厚 Steel Plate Thickness Measurement

板厚测量：使用超声波测厚仪按照对一张钢板检查5 点的方式进行板厚抽样检查，钢板检验比例：100%，并形记录。
