近红外光谱技术对创伤性脑水肿的在体微创监测研究
[摘要] 目的 探讨利用近红外光谱技术对创伤性脑水肿的发生发展规律进行微创在体监测的新方法。方法 快速厌氧胶采用Feeney′s 自由落体撞击法建立大鼠急性局灶性脑挫裂伤模型,以近红外光谱技术和干湿相对密度法监测创伤后脑水肿的变化。结果 伤后1 h伤侧脑组织已发生水肿,伤后2472 h伤侧脑水肿达高峰,随后逐渐减轻。对侧脑水肿的变化规律与伤侧相同,但水肿程度远轻于伤侧。近红外光谱监测的组织光学参数(μ′s)与脑水含量变化规律一致。结论光纤探头 μ′s是监测创伤性脑水肿的良好指标,近红外光谱技术可以用于在体微创监测创伤性脑水肿的变化。

Abstract: Objective To explore a new method of mininvasive monitoring the development of traumatic brain edema in vivo. Methods Acute regional brain trauma was applied according to Feeney′s apparatus. The changes of brain edema were monitored by near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) technology and by measuring the brain water content. ResultsDistinct brain edema in injured areas was found at 1 hours after trauma, which reached a summit of severity at 24-72 hours after trauma, then gradually declining.
