摘 要：芳烃抽提装置的抽提蒸馏塔作为整个装置的核心工艺，其运行状态直接影响抽余油和苯产品质量，其液-液抽提的特殊性和环丁砜溶剂的易劣化的特点给生产操作带来较大的难度。针对芳烃装置中抽提蒸馏塔出现的异常波动而导致的抽余油产品质量波动问题，进行了详细地分析，并提出了相对可行的解决方法。 关 键 词：芳烃抽提;抽余油;环丁砜;抽提蒸馏塔
