第1章概述
1.1 系统综述
海茵茨曼数字式电子调速器是海茵茨曼公司在总结了数十年的模拟式电子调速器经验的基础上,经过多年的努力研发出来的。目前已有
品 ,它可以用于柴油机、燃气发动机和其他类型驱动装置的转速控制。同时,由于使用了功能强大的处理芯片,它还能完成其他的功能和任务。
在控制器的中心有一块高速、功能强大的微处理器芯片。在处理器中运行的程序永久地存储于闪存ROM中。
在PRIAMOS系列产品的控制器中,除了主芯片外,还配备了第二块微处理器
用以监测主芯片的工况以及独立的飞车保护,当它探测到有飞车发生或者主芯片有故障时,它会立即停车。
一般情况下,发动机转速是由一个转速传感器通过感应飞的齿牙来测得的。为了减少故障、提高可靠性,可以安装第二个转速传感器或者从充电发电机的W端子上取得转速信号,这样在第一个转速传感器发生故障时,系统仍可继续运转。
发动机的转速可以使用一个或几个模拟量信号或者开关信号来设定,由额外的开关量信号来确定或切换哪个信号起作用。
系统还可以配置各样的传感器,将各种发动机工况信号传递给控制器,例如,温度和压力, 以使控制器能控制发动机在最佳的工况下运行。
控制器输出PWM脉宽调制信号控制执行器,进而控制油门,这样,就可以配置单向或双向驱动的执行器。
控制器还可以输出各种模拟量或者开关量信号,用以显示发动机的工况和其他用处。
控制器可以通过串行接口和CAN总线方式来和其他控制器通讯。
