微晶玻璃压延成型机压辊部件设计

【摘 要】本文通过对微晶玻璃及其生产工艺发展现状的了解,为适应当前对微晶玻璃的大规模需求,设计出一台高速、高生产率、低成本的微晶玻璃压延成型机。根据总体设计方案,压辊部件采用两压辊垂直倾斜的布置方式。在压辊部件设计时,首先通过对压辊部件工作性状进行了分析,即压辊应具有耐高温、耐腐蚀的能力。接着为提高压辊的高温特性,从压辊材料选择和结构设计两方面进行了深入地探讨。在压辊材料方面,选用高温不锈钢1Cr18Ni9Ti。在结构设计方面,设计中空的压辊,在其内部通水冷却;通过滑动轴承和滚动轴承配对使用,有效的实现了进水管与压辊之间的运动分离;在上辊设计一个螺旋调节机构来调节两压辊之间的距离,从而实现生产不同厚度规格的微晶玻璃。通过对生产实际的实地考察,证明此设计方案能有效地提高压辊部件的高温特性。
