电渣重熔用渣系的固体Al2O3夹杂物溶解速率

山地单轨运输车摘  要  本文通过测定电渣重熔用CaO-Al2O3-CaF2渣系和低氟CaF2-CaO-MgO-Al2O3- SiO2渣系的Al2O3吸收速率研究了渣系
化学成分与电渣重熔渣系吸收Al2O3夹杂的速度之间的关系。实验结果表明:在CaO-Al2O3-CaF2渣系中,CaF2含量的增加和
CaO/Al2O3的增大都可以提高该渣系的Al2O3溶解速率;在低氟CaF2-CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2渣系中,CaF2含量的增加可以提高
该渣系的Al2O3溶解速率,MgO含量的增加会使该渣系的Al2O3溶解速率先升高后降低,在MgO含量为6%时取得最大值。

Abstract   By measuring the dissolution rate of solid alumina into the CaO-Al2O3-CaF2 slag and CaF2-CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 slag,the relationship between the dissolution rate of solid alumina inclusion of ESR slags and their chemical composition are studied in this 
paper. The reasearch results shows that: In the CaO-Al2O3-CaF2 system, the dissolution r
ate of solid alumina into the slag increased with the increasing the CaF2 content and CaO/Al2O3 mass ratio. In the CaF2-CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 system, the dissolution rate of solid alumina into the slag increased with the increasing the CaF2 content; the increases of MgO content can increase the dissolution rate of 
solid alumina into the slag fist and achieved the maximum when MgO content is 6% ,and then decreases when MgO content increased 
to 9%.
