客车座椅设计及CAE分析

摘 要
客车座椅是客车上重要的结构部件,对汽车的性能有很大的影响。客车座椅设计中一定要满足国标GB13057《客车座椅及其车辆固定件的强度》的要求。了解和掌握汽车座椅的特性和设计方法,并对其进行CAE分析是车身设计中的重要环节之一。CAE(电脑辅助工程)作为一种辅助设计在设计发展历程中已经被广泛的使用,其分析的快速反馈得以实现循环反复设计、分析。通过有限元法对座椅骨架结构进行分析,对降低设计与制造成本,增强市场竞争力等都具有十分重要的意义。
本文通过对Catia和HyperMesh的学习,以某长途客车乘员座椅为例,建立了三维模型和基于板壳单元的座椅骨架结构有限元模型;在板壳单元有限元模型的基础上对其静态性能进行了分析与研究,得出了一些有效的结论。确定其静强度完全符合国标的要求。

Abstract
The coach seat is包塑轴承 the most important structural element of coach. It also affects the perform
ances of coach. In the coach seat design, it must be meet the design requirements of GB13057 the strength of the seats and their anchorages of passenger vehicles.
To know and master properties and design methods of the coach seat, and CAE analysis of its is an important step in coach design. CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) was used extensively as a design aid during the frame development. Quick turn-around of analyses allowed multiple design/analysis loops to be performed. Through studying Catia and HyperMesh software this thesis built the FEA model of the seat of a coach with shell elements. Based on the model, the author researched the seat static strength performance of the seat's frame structure and got some effective conclusions. The conclusions substantiate that the seat strength meets the design requirements of GB13057 the strength of the seats and their anchorages of passenger vehicles.
