        摘 要:水润滑轴承作为一种结构简单、环保节能且安装方便的轴承,被普遍应用于各种船舶中。其中,水润滑赛龙轴承的各项性能都优越于传统的铜、巴氏合金、尼龙、铁弗尼、电木、铁梨木、碳精、氨基聚合物及层压板等材料制作的轴承,尤其是赛龙轴承具有稳定的化学特性而不存在老化问题。水润滑赛龙轴承与轴的配合运行间隙,直接影响到轴承与轴之间的摩擦性能,以及整个轴系的振动性能。本文以某16m拖带船的赛龙水润滑尾轴承在实际使用中出现的问题及加工改进为例,阐述赛龙水润滑轴承的运行间隙的几个问题。多任务手势

        Abstract: The water lubricated Bearing, as a kind of bearing with simple structure, environmental protection, energy saving and convenient installation, is widely used in various ships. Among them, the properties of the water lubricated Thordon bearing are superior to those made of traditional copper, pastel alloy, nylon, ferny, electric wood, iron pear wood, carbon essence, amino polymer and laminates, especially the Thordon bearing has stable chemical properties without aging problems. The running clearance between the water-lubricated Thordon bearing with the shaft directly affects the friction performance between the bearing and the shaft, as well as the vibration performance of the whole shafting. In this paper, the problems of the running clearance of the water lubricated Thordon tail bearings of a 16 m tow boat in practical use and the improvement of processing are discussed.
