我国至今为止,各项事业蓬勃发展,尤其是粮食生产加工的发展一直受到国家党中央的高度重视。粮食生产是国家发展的根基,万民平安和谐发展的源头。而每年由于粮食烘干不及时而造成的粮食腐烂、浪费给国家民生和经济都会造成巨大的损失,所以解决粮食的烘干问题具有很大的意义。
本课题主要是在JX-300X组态软件包的基础上,对粮食烘干机自动控制系统进行组态(包括主机、操作站、数据转发卡、I/O卡件、I/O测试信号点、回路、流程图等的设置)、编译、监控。通过控制粮食在烘干塔内的停留时间与干燥过程中干燥段和冷却段入口风的温度与压力来控制烘干塔出口处的粮食含水量,使其出口处的粮食含水量达到木本植物的样本14±0.5%左右,以满足国家粮食的储存标准。最后,通过现场试验,模拟储存仓的单回路控制,来控制粮仓储量以及粮食下放的流量。同时,通过毕业设计充分了解了JX-300X组态软件的强大,也希望本课题可以作为基于JX-300X组态系统等相关试验的参考依据。

Food production is the foundation of national development, and the people safe and harmonious development of the source. And every year due to grain drying is not timely rot caused by food waste to the country's livelihood and the economy will result in huge losses, so to solve the problem of food drying of great significance.
The main subject is in the JX-300X configuration package, based on the grain dryer automatic control system configuration (including the host, operating station, data forwarding card, I / O cards, I / O test signal points , loop, flow charts and other settings),
