摘要：简述GB/T8162—2018《结构用无缝钢管》新标准的修改情况，从标准的采标及尺寸允许偏差方面与

国内外相关标准进行对比，分析新标准增加或删减的牌号和化学成分、钢管制作方法、力学性能、镀锌层等技术

指标，并对GB/T8162—2018新标准的执行提出建议。分析认为：GB/T8162—2018标准中删除的12CrMo、

15CrMo,12CrMoV,12CrlMoV等牌号的产品应按照GB/T6479—2013、GB/T9948—2013和GB/T5310—2017订货；GB/T1591—2018新标准中的修改内容并未在GB/T8162—2018体现，应对GB/T8162—2018适时进行相应

修改，使不同钢材产品的要求保持一致，方便下游设计选材。

Abstract:The revision status of the new standard,GB/T8162—2018Seamless Steel Tubes for Structural Purposes毛刷制作

ndexes like chemical compositions,mechanical properties and galvanlized coating etc.Acconlingly suggestions are also put forward for implementation of the revised GB/T8162—2018.It is concluded via the analysis that for purchase of products with types of12CrMo,15CrMo,12CrMoV and12Cr-lMoV as removed from GB/T8162—2018,Standards GB/T6479—2013,GB/T9948—2013and GB/T5310—2017 should be followed.The contents as revised in the new GB/T1591一2018have not been reflected in GB/T8162—2018.It

is regarded that GB/T8162一2018should be timely and correspondently amended in order to get the requirements for different steel goods keeping consistent with each other so as to facilitate material selection for the down stream design.档案管理方法

GB/T8162—2008（结构用无缝钢管》实施时间已长达10年，期间未做任何修改。在这十年来，我国钢铁企业技术进步很快，低碳微合金化、控轧控冷、热处理等工艺技术已得到广泛应用，低合金高强度结构钢管品种不断开发，钢级已由Q460不断发展到Q500、Q55O、Q620、Q690更高钢级⑴，这部分新技术、新牌号没有在标准中得到规范。为
