摘 要
在许多现代工业生产中,对于很多危险或者无需人力控制的领域,我们可以用远程控制,在办公室里就可以对现场进行监控,即方便又安全。随着电子技术的发展, 可编程序控制器(PLC)已经由原来简单的逻辑量控制, 逐步具有了计算机控制系统的功能。文章介绍了组态软件和gps追踪系统PLC 在大型炼铁高炉煤气自动取样监控系统中的应用及设计思路,并用远程监控的方法实现了煤气自动取样分析。设计主要论述了远程取样监控系统软、硬件设计方案及其控制原理,以及利用组态软件设计系统所需的人机界面控制图;最后,实现组态软件与PLC的通讯连接及数据传输,以达到对远程煤气取样现场进行过程监控。本设计采用了编程语言中的步转移指令,简单易懂。

The Design of a PLC-based Remote Sampling and Monitoring System for the Coal Gas of Blast Furnace
ABSTRACT
In many modern manufacturing productions, in many dangerous or no human required control areas, we can use remote control in the office, which will be able to monitor the scene, which is convenient and safe. With the development of electronic technology, programmable logic controller (PLC) has developed from simple logic of control, and gradually with a computer control system. This article introduces the application and designed ideas of the configuration software and PLC on remote sampling and monitoring system for the large-scale coal gas of blast furnace. And use the methods of the remote monitoring to accomplish the analysis of the automatic sampled gas. Mainly discourses on the designed scheme of the remote sampling and monitoring system softw吸音海绵
