道资源统筹、除冰能力测算、
带外衰减除冰计划安排、飞机放行顺序、引领车分配、保障人员分工等工作，期间每一次信息传 递、指挥分配都必须准确无误。首都机场飞行区除冰指挥
调度系统以信息可视化、调度指挥智能化和风险规避主动
化为设计理念，设置了除冰位分配、除冰指挥员、
除冰调度员、除冰车驾驶员及飞机引领员五个角，为各角配备
了指令发送和接收终端。
首都机场飞行区除冰指挥调度系统实现了航班数据、
航空器GPS 信号、除冰车GPS 及除冰液存量信息、引领车GPS 信号等各类信息流交互，打破了不同岗位的信息交流障碍，除冰资源状态、飞机除冰进程实时呈现，所有保障人
员均可使用上述数据。同时，解决了安全性问题，除冰指挥
调度系统实时显示机位状态，当除冰位分配员所分配的机
位为使用状态，或机位适用性与待除冰航班机型不符时，
系统会进行消息提示等防错保护，主动规避风险。2首都机场飞行区除冰指挥调度系统功能特点及应用
首都机场飞行区除冰指挥调度系统由三大部分组成，
分别为：LED 信息显示牌、分区指挥室指令发布系统以及

矫姿带统，实现了除冰等待点可视化，除冰位、除冰车、引导员调度高效智能化，除冰信息按需有序传递，共同确保除冰工作的高效顺畅进行。首都机场除冰指挥调度系统的有效提高了除冰雪作业中各类信息的传递速度，降低了人为凭借经验分配各类资源的风险，在除冰雪作业中可高效调度航空器、除冰位、除冰车、引导车及保障人员共同保障机场运行安全。
