摘要
微带滤波器具有尺寸小,成本低,易于集成等优点。它作为一种重要的微波元器件在近年得到大力的发展,其性能优劣直接影响到整个微波系统的好坏,因此,对微波滤波器的理论、设计方法以及各种结构的研究,已经引起了国内外微波工程师的极大兴趣。 本文首先简要介绍了微带线及滤波器基础,并从理论上详细介绍了微波滤波器的基本理论及设计方法。然后利用先进的微波电路设计软件ADS对滤波器建模,分别设计中心频率在1G、3G和8G的带通滤波器,并对其几何参数的初值进行仿真和优化,以得到滤波器的终值,使其在理论上满足设计指标要求。三种滤波器分别采用三种不同的微带结构。

As one o f the important o f microwave co mponents,the microstrip filters also developed rap id ly in recent years. Especially, the microwave filters d irectly influence the performances o f the microwave syste
ms. Therefore, the ho me and foreign engineers o f microwave compo nents are very interested in the research o f theoretical analysis and practical design for the microwave filters.
At first, this paper introd uces the foundatio n of microstrip line and filters. In this part it d iscusses the fo undational theory and method of design the microstrip filter. Using the advanced microwave circuit simulatio n software(ADS),we separately design the microstrip bandpass filters with center freq uency 1GHz, 3GHz and 8GHz, and then model the filters and simulate optimize the initial the dimensio n values, so as to gain the final demensio n values and simulated graphs o f these microstrip filters. Three kinds of filters are of three d ifferent microstrip struc ture s.
