前列舒通胶囊联合枸橼酸西地那非片

【摘要】目的观察前列舒通胶囊联合枸橼酸西地那非片2型糖尿病患者勃起功能障碍的临床疗效。方法选取2014年1月一2016年1月在瑞安人民医院就诊的2型糖尿病合并勃起功能障碍患者120例，根据随机数字表法
分为对照组和观察组，每组60例^对照组患者给予前列舒通胶囊，观察组患者给予前列舒通胶囊联合枸橼酸西地
那非片Q比较两组患者临床疗效、性生活质量满意度及前后勃起功能国际问卷（IIEF-5)、勃起质量量表 (EQS)评分。结果观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组（P<0.05)。两组患者前IIEF-5、EQS评分比较，差异无
统计学意义（P>〇.〇5)；观察组患者后IIEF-5、EQS评分均高于对照组（^<0.05)，观察组患者性生活质量满柿子削皮机
意度高于对照组<〇.〇5)。结论前列舒通胶囊联合枸橼酸西地那_片2型糖尿病患者勃起功能障碍疗效较
好，能够提高患者性生活质量的满意度。
