聚丙烯酸酯类乳液的研究与应用近年来得到了很大的发展,具有极高的装饰性和优良的耐气候性、耐汽水性、耐酸碱性以及丰满度和光泽度。聚丙烯酸酯乳液是主要的成膜物质之一,被广泛应用于建筑用的外墙涂料中。但是由于其本身存在着高温变黏失强的缺点,从而影响了其在建筑涂料中的应用。本论文研究的主要目的是选用不同的交联剂测试其对乳液性能有何种影响。
本文采用预乳化半连续结合单体滴加为聚合工艺,以甲基丙烯酸甲酯为硬单体,丙烯酸丁酯为软单体,丙烯酸为功能单体,单体Ⅲ为交联单体,乳化剂A和乳化剂C为阴离子型乳化剂,OP-10为非离子型乳化剂,两种类型的乳化剂进行复配作为本论文的乳化剂体系,以过硫酸铵为引发剂制备丙烯酸酯弹性乳液。本论文考察了聚合反应温度、乳化剂的选择及用量、引发剂用量、软硬单体比、交联单体用量对乳液及漆膜性能的影响。
结果表明:采用预乳化半连续法结合单体滴加聚合工艺聚合反应温度为80℃,乳化剂用量为3.0%,引发剂用量为0.45%,软硬单体比为2.6:1,交联单体用量为2.4%时,固含量高,吸水率和凝胶率最低,制备的乳液各项性能最好,测得其涂膜拉强度为1.32MPa,断裂伸长率为331.78%

Research and Application of polyacrylate emulsion in recent years has been greatly developed, and has a high decorative and excellent weather resistance, resistance to soft drinks, acid and alkali resistance, as well as fullness and gloss. Polyacrylate emulsion is one of the main film-forming material, is widely used in building the exterior paint. However, due to its inherent high temperature variable viscosity loss of the shortcomings, thus affecting its application in the architectural coatings. The main purpose of this thesis is the choice of different cross-linking agent to test what effect on the emulsion.
In this paper, pre-emulsified semi-continuous combination of monomers dropwise polymerization process, hard monomers methyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate as soft monomer, acrylic acid as functional monomer, monomer III cross-linked single-body, emulsifiers A and C of emulsifier for anionic emulsifier OP-10 non-ionic emulsifier, two types of emulsifier compound emulsifier system of this paper, using ammonium persulfate
as the initiator preparation flexible latex acrylic. In this thesis examines the selection and usage of the polymerization temperature, emulsifiers, initiator dosage, soft and hard monomers, cross-linking monomer emulsion and film properties.
The results showed that: emulsified semi-continuous combination of monomers dropwise polymerization process, polymerization temperature of 80 ° C, the amount of emulsifier is 3.0%, the initiator concentration of 0.45%, hard and soft monomer ratio of 2.6:1, aclinked monomer was 2.4%, the high solid content, water absorption and gel the lowest rate of the prepared emulsion of the best performance, measured its coating tensile strength of 1.32MPa, the elongation at break of 331.78%.
