摘 要
白光发光二极管(LED)被公认是21世纪最有价值的新光源,在不久的将来将取代白炽灯和日光灯成为照明市场的主导。本文对YAG荧光粉的合成与发光特性方面进行了综述研究,在对几种合成荧光粉方法进行比较的基础上,回顾了YAG荧光粉的发展进程,讨论它们的未来趋势,并对YAG荧光粉的发展提出一些合理的建议。热熔胶封箱机

Research Progress of YAG Luminescent Materials
Abstract
White light-emitting diode (LED) is commonly considered as the leading and valuable light source in the 21st century owing to its excellent advantages. It will replace incandescent lamp and fluorescent lamp in the future. In this paper, the synthesis and properties of YAG phosphor are studied, on the basis of comparing the methods of synthesizing phosphors, the developments of YAG phosphor are reviewed, and its future trends are also discussed, and some rational advices to improve the properties of phosphor are proposed.
