1. OBJECT目标
The purpose of this External Note is to describe the improvements to be performed in the transformer room and transformer protections in G9X Wind Farms in China.
此文档的目的是描述中国G9X风场变压器室和变压器保护改善工作的实施。
2. DESCRIPTION OF THE IMPROVEMENTS 改善的描述

2.1. CHECKING TRANSFORMER DELTA RODS/检查变压器桥接母线
The works consist of checking all the Delta rods of the transformers:
这项工作包括所有桥接母线的检查:
- Looking for deformed bars by repeated manipulations 仔细检查多次操作后有无异常变形
- Inspecting bars insulation 检查接线排的绝缘
- Verifying any damage on it or any overheating sign 确认任何的损坏或过热灼痕
- Verifying that junction zone between both ends of each bar is in perfect condition, with no deformation, cracks, overheating signs nor bolts without torque. 确认每个母线排两端
的连接处处于完好状态,无任何变形,开裂,灼痕,或者扭矩不正常。
If anything abnormal, replace the rods. 如果有异常,更换此桥接母线。
The latest model of Delta rods are installed in those transformers which do not have them.
装有最新型的桥接母线的变压器上面没有左图中的部件。
2.2. FOAM REMOVAL泡沫去除
Remove the foam in the transformer room.
去除变压器室的隔音绵。

The improvement consists of installing flexible connections between the transformer and the HV cable to avoid enforced positions that may damage the connection with the vibrations.

Help the diagnosis in field to determine the origin of the disconnection  帮助现场人员判断当前断开连接的原因  2.5. RELOCATION OF ARC SENSORS IN THE TRANSFORMER ROOM 在变压器室内弧

The transformer room is currently protected with two arc detectors installed on the wall separating the transformer area from the rest of the turbine, just in front of the HV bus bar.  目前变压器室由两个安装在变压器墙面上的弧光传感器保护,就在HV 母线排前面。
金属粉末涂料The detectors act through photovoltaic sensors, whose relay, on detecting an electrical arc, sends a rapid system cut-off pulse.

The protection for the rear area between the transformer and the nacelle wall (low voltage of the transformer) is improved by moving one of the existing sensors to this area.

2.6. NEUTRAL BAR INSULATION /中线点中线点母线母线母线排排的绝缘
To eliminate the risk of short circuit between phase and neutral bus bar in case a bar is broken, an extra insulator is installed.
为了消除因某一接线排损坏而造成相线和中性线母线排间短路的危险,加一个额外的绝缘体。 It will be installed on the neutral bus bar, as a cap, at the closest point to phase bars.
它将被安装在中性点母线排,在最靠近相线母线的位置。

2.7. ALUMINUM BUS BAR  / 铝母线

The improvement consists of reinforcing Fuses bar support to reduce bus bar stress in phase C.
Replacement of the transformer L support by a reinforced one, route the cables between the cables support and the fuse cooper plate in a curve way and fuse cooper plate is replaced in order to allow the new cables routing.
该技改包括加强保险接线排支撑,以便减少C相母线排的压力。把变压器L形支撑更换成加强型,在电缆支撑和保险铜排之间的布线有一个弧度,为使新的电缆布线更合理,保险铜排将被更换。
In addition rubber blocks of the wires fixing brackets are checked, verifying that they are in good condition, the absence of cracks, deformation or any clearance. Replacement of the phase W cables supports
除此之外,电缆固定支架的橡胶块也需要检查,以确保状态完好,没有裂纹、变形及空隙。并更换W相的电缆支撑。

3. ACTION PLAN实施
实施计划
Above design modification will be divided to 2 packages as follows上述技改分为如下2个技改包,
•Package 1: including 2.1 to 2.5, it will start in 2 week and finish in 4-5 weeks in each wind farm by 1 teams.
技改包1:包括2.1-2.5项,将在2周内开始实施, 每个风场1 组队伍,预计4-5周完
成。
•Package 2: including 2.6-2.7 will start later due to the limit of material production capability.
技改包2:包括2.6-2.7项,因为物料产能原因,将在晚些时候开始实施。
