摘要：目的探讨艾瑞昔布联合正清风痛宁缓释片类风湿关节炎的疗效。方法将97例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为实验组5=54)与对照组(=47)。实验组予以艾瑞昔布及正清风痛宁缓释片，对照组予以艾瑞昔布。比较2组前后红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、类风湿因子、肿胀关节数、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、总有效率及总显效率。结果后，2组ESR、CRP、类风湿因水平均较前降低，且实验组ESR水平低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.04)o后，2组关节肿痛数比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.04)o2组患者总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义(P<
