摘要:南京地铁花神庙站~南京南站站区间隧道穿越软~流塑地质段。针对土层特点,施工过程中采用了地面高压旋喷桩加固、洞内打设超前小导管注浆加固等技术。施工方法具有简单、快捷,不影响洞内正常施工,优化工期、节约成本等优点,加以推广应用。 关键词:地铁隧道高压旋喷桩

南京地铁花神庙站~南京南站站区间未为iv~vi级围岩,其中包含软~流塑地段单向排水阀884.578延米,该段土层具有高压缩性、高灵敏性、强度低的特点,易产生蠕动现象,开挖后自稳能力极差,易坍塌,地面沉降难以控制。故在地表允许高压旋喷桩施工的地段采用了高压旋喷桩的施工工艺,有效地扩大了地铁施工的工作面,进而大大的提高了施工进度。
