一、 产品标准Standard 本产品按GB12706-91《额定电压35kV及以下铜器芯、铝芯塑料绝缘电力电缆》、GB12666.5-90《电线电缆成束燃烧实验》、IEC60754《取自电缆或光缆的材料燃烧时释放出气体的试验方法》和IEC61034《电缆或光缆在特定条件下燃烧的烟密度测定》标准生产,同时还可根据用户需要按国际电工委员会推荐标准IEC、英国标准、德国标准及美国标准生产。 The product is manufactured according to the standard of GB12796-91 and GB12666.5-90 or IEC、BS、DIN and ICEA upon request. 二、 适用范围Application 本产品适用于工频额定电压0.6/1kV及以下配电线路作配送电能之用。 The product is suitable for use in power distribution lines with rated power-frequency voltage up to and including 0.6/1kV. 水管温度传感器三、 使用特性Operating characteristics · 工频额定电压U0/U为0.6/1kV。 Rated power-frequency voltage U0/U为0.6/1kV. · 电缆导体的最高允许工作温度为90℃。家庭水景喷泉 Max. permissible continuous operating temperature of conductor :90℃. · 短路时(最长持续时间不超过5S)电缆导体的最高温度不超过250℃。 Max. Short –circuit temperature of the conductor shall not exceed 250℃. (5s maximum duration). · 电缆敷设时环境温度应不低于0℃。 The ambient temperature under installation should not below 0℃. · 电缆的阻燃性能符合GB12666.5-90标准A级或C级要求。 The flame retardant performance of cable is in according with A or C grade request of GB12666.5-90. · 低烟无卤电缆的无卤性能符合IEC60754《取自电缆或光缆的材料燃烧时释放出气体的试验方法》电缆燃烧时气体逸出试验。 The low smoke and non halo of cable is in according with IEC60754 成品电缆燃烧时绝缘和护套材料的PH值和电导率符合下表的规定。 When end product burning.PH value and conductivity of insulation and sheath material should suit infra – table regulate.
· 低烟无卤电缆的低烟性能符合IEC61034《电缆或光缆在特定条件燃烧的烟密度测定》电缆燃烧烟密度试验。 The low smoke and non halo of cable is in according with IEC61034内网审计 成品电缆燃烧时的最小透光率不小于30%。 When end product burning,the minimum light transmittance should not less than 30%. · 电缆弯曲半径不小于电缆外径15倍。 The bending radius of cable should not less than 15 times of the cable diameter. | ||||||||||||
