摘要
互联网的到来给传统人事管理带来了机遇与挑战，给传统的人事管理方式带来了冲击，如何有效进行人事管理、提高办事效率，是目前企业管理的一个新课题。
干蒸房
本系统在以往的企业人事管理系统基础上，完善了企业员工的薪酬管理，通过人员角来设置人员的薪酬；同时完善了档案管理，对员工的档案信息添加，审核和调整，及时了解员工的档案信息；岗位管理模块实现了员工内部调整，对员工的岗位信息的管理更完善。同时通过报表技术，实现了对人员信息统计和薪酬信息分布情况的统计，实现可视化效果，直观清晰可见。
目前企业人事管理系统信息录入不完整，管理混乱，并不能发挥企业人事管理系统的优势。本系统在之前的管理系统基础上，从企业的实际需求入手，采用了SSH框架技术和EXT技术对本系统进行设计，完成的工作如下：通过MySQL完成对数据的管理，通过SSH和EXT技术完成系统的框架搭建和实现。系统实现了对信息的检索功能、信息存储等功能。数据录入功能完整、全面、系统。可以快速的查询，修改以及高效的管理。

刮膜棒ABSTRACT
Internet changes tranditional personal administration model.Meanwhile,it brings opportunities and challenges.But the way of improving office efficiency becomes a new problem in business administration.
Based on the past business administration system,this new system perfectly completed employee's salary administration by staff sattings.As the same time,the new system completed archives administration through adding employee's last information immediately.
Post modularization makes an employee from one area to another employee into the truch.Through reporting techology skill,this system realized the information statistics of staffs and compensation,which making business management visually：Currently,the old personal management system have some problems.Such as information shortage,management confusion.However,this new system uses SSH framework technology and EXT technology to complete the whole system instruction, which has the function of information searching,information entry and data entry by MYSQL.Thus,this new business management system can find data location easily and quickly.
