2014年第11期 摘要：文章研究了梳针刺辊速度变化对成纱毛羽的影响问题。用YG172型纱线毛羽仪分别对梳棉机采用梳针和锯齿刺辊在四档不同速度条件下所加工的棉纱毛羽进行了检测。结果显示梳针刺辊速度为700 r/min时最有利于成纱毛羽的减少，锯齿刺辊速度为1 100 r/min时最有利于成纱毛羽的减少，锯齿刺辊比梳针刺辊更有利于成纱毛羽的减少。 关键词：梳棉机；梳针刺辊；锯齿刺辊；刺辊速度；毛羽

The Effect of Pin-type Licker-in Speed of Carding Machine on Yarn Hairiness
