虚拟仿真技术在食品工程专业实验教学中的应用研究

        摘 要:针对食品工程类课程实验教学中存在的实验场地不足、大型设备短缺、投入资金较少、某些实验存在较大危险性等问题,本文通过引入已在高等学校实验教学过程中应用较多的虚拟仿真技术,充分发挥其直观性、生动性的优势,让学生在沉浸式体验中进行实验,激发学生主动学习的热情。基于虚拟仿真技术试错成本低的特点,让学生紧跟时代步伐自主设计实验方案,在成功与失败中实现自我成长。最终达到提高教学水平,提升学生的创新和实践能力的目的。
