伊顿显示CAN协议

甲乙双方就总线通讯应用达成如下技术协议:
甲乙双方在总线上相关的总线数据应用均需符合SAE J1939标准( Byte1~8,bit1~8 ),具体如下:

Dash Display: 请使用数显式或指针式转速表, 当电机速度超过2600r/min时, 数显的电动机转速变红,同时仪表显示
图标和“电动机转速过高”文字说明,同时蜂鸣器报警

Resolution: 1 degC/bit gain, -40 degC offset
Data range: -40 to +210 degC
Reference: 1.1瓶装水包装

1.4 Eaton Hybrid Fault Message (DM1 with SA239)
This is based on Diagnostic Message 1 (DM1) for Active Diagnostic Trouble Codes. Please refer to J1939-73 for details. The dash panel needs to accurately report hybrid system fault information including amber “Check Hybrid” lamp, red “Stop Hybrid” lamp, and fault code (SPN, FMI, and SA). Source Address (SA), in this case, is 239.

Data Range: 0 to 126 (a value of 127 is reserved for indicating not available)
1.5 Multiple Eaton Hybrid Fault (Transport Protocol)
When there are more than one hybrid fault, the transport protocol of SAE J1939/21 will have to be used to send the information because it requires more than 8 data bytes. Actually any time there is more than one fault, the services of the transport protocol will have to be used. Please refer to J1939-21 for details. When the dash detects HCM (SA239) send TP.CM and TP.DT that contain multiple DM1 messages, the dash panel needs to accurately report hybrid system fault information including amber “Check Hybrid” lamp, red “Stop Hybrid” lamp, and fault code (SPN, FMI, and SA).

Transmission repetition rate: Per the Parameter Group Number (PGN) to be transferred
Data length: 8 bytes
Byte:    1 Control byte = 32 (0x20), make sure it’s 32
2-3 Total message size, number of bytes
4 Total number of packets
