朱成来源:《科技创新与应用》2018年第07期 摘 要:压电微位移驱动器在精密微位移应用场合具有许多优点,但它的输出位移较小。为了放大它的输出位移,研究人员提出各种不同种类的放大机构,放大倍数是衡量放大机构性能的主要指标。文章主要介绍了常用的杠杆式柔性铰链机构喇叭网罩Scott-Russell机构和桥式柔性铰链机构三种放大机构的放大倍数的计算方法。
