本文设计的齿轮综合误差测量机是利用测量蜗杆,对直齿圆柱齿轮,斜齿圆柱齿轮的切向综合误差与切向一齿综合误差进行测量。它还可以用于对圆柱齿轮副,蜗轮与蜗杆和圆锥齿轮副进行配对测量,测得它们的综合误差。其中测量元件可以换成测量齿轮。齿轮综合误差测量机的测量方法就是使用标准测量元件(蜗杆、齿轮、齿条、测头等)与被测齿轮进行单面啮合或双面啮合。其中单面啮合测量是一种大体模拟齿轮实际加工情况的直接测量齿轮传动误差的方法,既所有误差综合地在啮合线上以啮合线的增量来起作用,能比较真实的反映出齿轮实际的传动质量。该仪器测量效率高,结构简单,使用和维护方便。
