第1章编制依据
(1)施工图纸;
(2)《建筑施工扣件式钢管脚手架安全技术规范》(JGJ 130-2001);
(3)《建筑施工高处作业安全技术规范》(JGJ 80-91);
(4)《建筑施工安全检查标准》(JGJ 59-99);

第2章工程概况
本工程总用地面积  m2,其中占地面积  m2,工程性质为办公楼、**及地下停车库。设计为一类高层公共建筑,使用年限50年,耐火等级一级;建筑由栋层办公楼,层**裙房及地下层地下室构成,总建筑面积  m2,总建筑高度米。
本工程共有28个电梯井,其中有2个电梯井位于地下室,6个电梯井位于裙楼区域内,20个电梯井位于主塔楼核心筒内,各部位电梯井的具体情况详见下表。
根据本工程的结构特点,对裙楼区域内的电梯1-DT1、1-DT2、1-DT5、1-DT6、1-DT7、1-DT8、1-DT9、1-DT10以及主塔楼区域内的电梯1-DT3、1-DT4井筒内采用落地式钢管脚手架搭设架体,钢管立杆落在电梯基坑底标高上。主塔楼区域内的1-TDT1~1-TDT16和1-TXFDT1、1-TXFDT2井筒内架子防护采用钢管脚手架和工字钢分段来挑设。核心筒中电梯井筒高度十分高,为了保证在现场施工中工人施工安全能得到有效保障,特编制此方案。
第3章施工准备

1材料准备
(1)20#工字钢、钢管及扣件、安全网、Φ14钢筋、5cm厚木板,其材料性应符合现行标准。
龙脑抑菌剂(2)其他材料:用于绑扎、连接、围护等作用的其他材料均应符合国家标准或规范定。
(3)制作平台前应对进场的材料及进行严格检查,符合要求后才能使用。
2人员准备
本工程配置专业焊工3人、架子工10人,工长及技术人员各1人。
第4章电梯井架体防护的搭设
1材料选用及要求
(1)脚手架采用扣件式钢管脚手架体系,钢管搭设选用Ф48×3.5mm普通钢管,每根钢管的最大重量不得大于25kg。
(2)采用直角扣件、旋转扣件、对接扣件连接,其材质应符合现行国家标准《钢管脚手架扣件》(GB15831)的规定,并经安全员和材料员外观检测合格并签字同意后方可进场,否则不得使用。
(3)有裂缝或者锈蚀的、焊接的等不符合标准的钢管严禁使用。有脆裂、变形、滑丝的等不符合标准的扣件禁止使用。钢管上严禁打孔。
(4)型钢采用20号工字钢。
2电梯井筒内落地架的搭设要求
根据本工程的结构特点,对裙楼区域内的电梯1-DT1、1-DT2、1-DT5、1-DT6、1-DT7、1-DT8、1-DT9、1-DT10以及主塔楼区域内的电梯1-DT3、1-DT4井筒内采用落地式钢管脚手架搭设架体,电梯井筒内落地脚手架架体的搭设按立杆纵横向间距900×900mm,水平杆步距1500mm进行搭设。
3电梯井架体悬挑位置
本工程电梯井筒需在施工至一定楼层标高后进行架体悬挑的电梯井分布见下图。
主塔楼核心筒区域的1-TDT1、1-TDT2、1-TDT3、1-TDT4为低区电梯,使用楼层为1层~16层,电梯井筒高度范围为-6.350m~78.750m,从第8层开始第一次悬挑,向上在第
13层悬挑,在悬挑层埋设20号工字钢,架体悬挑高度分别为21.0米和16.4米。
主塔楼核心筒区域的1-TDT5、1-TDT6、1-TDT7、1-TDT8、1-TDT9、1-TDT10为中区电梯,使用楼层为1层~29层,电梯井筒高度范围为-6.350m~133.900m,从第8层开始第一次悬挑,向上分别在第13、18、23、28层进行悬挑,在悬挑层埋设20号工字钢,架体悬挑高度分别为21.0米、21.6米、21.0米、21.0米、7.95米。
主塔楼核心筒区域的1-TDT11、1-TDT12、1-TDT13、1-TDT14、1-TDT15、1-TDT16为高区电梯,使用楼层为1层~41层,电梯井筒高度范围为-6.350m~189.150m,从第8层开始第一次悬挑,向上分别在第13、18、23、28、33、38层进行悬挑,在悬挑层埋设20号工字钢,架体悬挑高度分别为21.0米、21.6米、21.0米、21.0米、21.6米、21.0米、20.6米。
穿孔塞焊主塔楼核心筒区域的1-TXFDT1、1-TXFDT2为消防电梯,使用楼层为-4层~41层,电梯井筒高度范围为-21.600m~188.450m,从第5层开始第一次悬挑,向上分别在第8、13、18、23、28、33、38层进
行悬挑,在悬挑层埋设20号工字钢,架体悬挑高度分别为17.4米、21.0米、21.6米、21.0米、21.0米、21.6米、21.0米、19.9米。
