临床疗效 对TSLP^IL-13"IgE 的 丨

摘要：目的 探讨孟鲁司特辅助小儿变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法100例变应性鼻炎患儿随机分为观察组、 对照组各50 , 服 他，联合使用布地奈德鼻 剂。观察组加用孟鲁 ，疗程 8周，1个疗程后，评价临床疗效。比较2组前后鼻部症状体征总分(TTS )、视觉模拟量表评分(VAS )和鼻炎相关 生活质量问卷(ARQLQ )评分,ELISA 方法检测患儿静脉血中TSLP 、ILA3、IgE 水平。结果 观察组后显效率 明显高于对照组(78. 0% a 58. 0%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05 )o 观察组后TSS 、VAS 评分、血清TSLP 、 IL-M+IgE 水平、ARQLQ 评分均明显低于前及对照组后，差异有统计学意义(P<0. 01))结论孟鲁司特 辅助儿童变应性鼻炎疗效显著，能明显改善患儿的机体炎症状态，纠正Th1/ Th2失衡，提高患儿的生活质量。 关键词：儿童；变应性鼻炎；免疫；炎症；孟鲁司特低频放大器

古代建筑模型Abstract : Objective To explore the clinical e/icacy of montelukast in adjuvant treatment of pediatric allergic rhinitis. Methods A total of 100 children with Vlergic rhinitis were randomly divided into an observation g/up and a control g —up , woth 50 caseson each geoup.A e patoentsweeeteeated woth eoeatadonetabeetsand budesonodenasaespeay.Theobseeeatoon g —up was adjuvant treated with montelukast tablets for 8 weeks. After one course of treatment , the clinical e/icacy was evaluated. TTS , VAS and ARQLQ were compared before and after t —atpent. TSLP , IE-I3 and IgE were detected by ELISA. Results After treatpent , the e/iciency of the observation g —up was higher than that of the control g —up ( 78.0% vs

The dkferences were staPsticaPy significant ( P< 0.01 ). Conclusions Montelukast was an e/ective adjuvant therapy for children with Vlergic rhinitis.
