多奈哌齐阿尔茨海默病的临床观察

【摘要】目的探讨多奈哌齐对阿尔茨海默病患者认知功能和日常生活能力的作用。方法语音输入系统收集阿尔茨海默病患者140例,随机分为组70例与对照组70例,组采用多奈哌齐,对照组不使用多奈哌齐。两组患者分别在前、后1个月、3个月、6个月进行MMSE和ADL评分。结果组经多奈哌齐后簧网MMSE和ADL评分较对照组有明显改善,随时间延长两组间差异增大即作用增强,且均具有统计学差异(P
