天竹®纤维为河北吉藁化纤有限责任公司生产的专利产品，注册商标为天竹®，凡是含有天竹®纤维成分的制成品，都可申领天竹®吊牌。 为了更有效的管理吊牌，保证使用吊牌的严谨性，在发放吊牌前，成衣制造商、贸易商、品牌公司必须先进行申请，然后按程序填写和办理好相关材料，经确认后方可发放吊牌。具体办法如下： ●天竹®吊牌的发放范围
所有天竹®吊牌的发放是由河北吉藁化纤有限责任公司直接提供给天竹®纤维的成衣制
造商、贸易商、品牌公司等，而非纱厂、布厂、布经销商。
●天竹®吊牌申领时间
成衣制造商、贸易商、品牌公司在申领天竹®吊牌时，需注明使用时间，且应在使用日期20天前把申领吊牌所需的各种单证传真给河北吉藁化纤有限责任公司。
●天竹®吊牌申领所需具备的单证
1.填写天竹®吊牌申请表。
2.从纱厂的购纱发票。
3.从布厂的购布发票。
4.提供与使用天竹®吊牌有关的样品。
●天竹®吊牌种类(○中文、○英文、○日文、○韩文)
Ⅰ. 天竹®吊牌Ⅱ. 天竹®胶贴
注：同一布种、同一组织，仅颜不同只需申请一个天竹®吊牌号码，并依以上程序办理，但是以下七种布除外：⑴需成衣染的半漂布⑵平幅染并需成衣洗水⑶需后整理的织布⑷需成衣洗水的织布⑸一般牛仔布⑹需完成后整理的印花布⑺需成衣洗水的印花布。以上七种布即使是同一组织，由于后加工方法会影响品质，因此仍需分别申请天竹®吊牌。
