四、急救措施First Aid Measures

不同暴露途径之急救方法：

First aid of method different exposed way:

吸入：1.移到新鲜空气处,须注意有无呼吸困难。

Inhales: Ⅰ>Transfers to the fresh air place,whether there is can pay attention to the scant of breath.

2.立即就医。

Ⅱ>Goes see a doctor immediately.

皮肤接触：1.必要时戴防渗手套以避免触及该化学品。

Skin contact:Ⅰ>When necessity wears the anti-seepage glove to avoid touching this chemical.

2.用在大量清水和肥皂清洗。

Ⅱ>Clean with the massive clear water and the soapy water.

3.若需要，立即就医。

Ⅲ>If the need,goes see a doctor immediately.

眼睛接触：1.用大量清水冲洗眼睛15分钟以上。

Eye contact:Ⅰ>Has above the massive clear water flushing eye 15 minutes.

2.立即就医。

Ⅱ>Goes see a doctor immediately.

食入：1.若患者意识清楚,让其用水徹底漱洗喝下大量的水。

Ingestion: Ⅰ>If the patient realizes clearly,lets its water used rinse thoroughly attracts drinks the massive water.

五、灭火措施Fire fighting measure

适用灭火剂：二氧化碳、化学干粉、泡沫及水雾。

Fire fighting media :Use carbon dioxide,dry chemical,foam or water spray.

灭火时可能遭遇之特殊危害：无。

特殊灭火程序Special fire fighting procedure：

1．喷水以冷却暴露火场的容器、建筑及保护人员。

Ⅰ. The spraying of water cools exposes the scene the vessel, the building and protects the personnel

2．安全情况下将容器搬离火场。

Ⅱ. In the security situation moves the vessel to the scene.

3．以水冲离火源。

Ⅲ. The water used flushes to the fire hazard

六、泄漏处理方法Divulging processing method

个人应注意事项：佩带保护眼镜、保护手套及保护衣服。

Individual should the matters needing attention: Wears protects the eyeglasses, the hand saver and protection clothes.

环境注意事项：避免散播于环境中，尽快阻止泄漏，立即清理泄漏物。

Environment matters needing attention: Avoids disseminating in the environment, prevents divulging as soon as possible, cleans up divulging immediately.

清理方法：依「土壤及地下水污染整治法」及相关规定之程序处理。

Cleaning up method: According to “soil and underground water contamination improvement law” and of program processing related stipulation.

七、安全处置及储存方法Safe handling and storage method

处置Handling：

1．不要在工作区域抽烟；

Ⅰ.Do not smoke in the working space.

2．空的容器及残留物清洗作无害化处理。

Ⅱ. The spatial vessel and the residuum clean make detoxification processing.

储存Storage：

1．储存在紧闭的容器内,开启使用后要盖紧桶盖；

Ⅰ. Stores up in the vessel which shuts tightly, after opening use, must fasten down the bung;;

2．储存在阴凉、干燥且通风良好的区域，远离热、引燃源及不相容器；

Ⅱ. Stores up coolly, dry, and ventilates the good region, is far away from the heat, the ignition source and not the vessel;

3．储存或操作区不可抽烟；

Ⅲ. The storage 'OR' operation area cannot smoke;

4．限量贮存。

Ⅳ. Limits the quantity storing.

八、暴露预防措施Exposition preventive measure

工程控制：供给充分新鲜空气。 Engineering control: Supplies full fresh air.
