1. 供货范围Scope of Supply
该报价书为 MESSER XIANGTAN STEEL PLANT 提供 Atlas Copco HMH7 离心式氮气压缩机组一套。其中每套包含以下供货范围:
The equipment is one set of Atlas Copco model HMH7 centrifugal type nitrogen compressor package . It will be installed in the MESSER XIANGTAN STEEL PLANT. Each Atlas Copco packaged centrifugal compressor offered in this proposal shall be supplied complete with the following scope of supply:
1.1 离心式压缩机组
Centrigual Compressor Package
∙包括轴承、一个单斜大齿轮和两个高速小齿轮轴的水平剖分齿轮箱Horizontally split gearbox including bearings, single helical bullgear and two high speed pinions.
∙球墨铸铁压缩机壳体
Nodular cast iron compressor casings.
∙四个高性能 17-4 PH 不锈钢三元流设计半开后弯式叶轮Four high performance 17-4 PH stainless steel impellers with backward leaning vanes.
∙水平剖分式气封和油封
Horizontally split gas and oil seals.
∙支撑压缩机, 电机, 冷却器及放置润滑油箱的整体底座 Unitized, fabricated baseframe supporting compressor, driver, and housing the lube oil reservoir.
∙带旁通手动排水阀的三台中冷器和一台后冷却器。
Three intercoolers and one aftercooler with manual bypass drain valves.

Interstage gas piping with victaulic couplings.
∙带气动执行机构和定位机构的进口流量调节导叶
Inlet guide vanes with actuator and positioner.
∙带气动执行机构和定位机构和电磁阀用于根据用户信号紧急放空的旁通阀（与主机分开装运）
Bypass Valve with actuator and positioner, a solenoid valve will be installed in the actuator for emergency blow-off upon customer signal input (shipped loose)
∙带不锈钢全防护罩的碟片式挠性联轴器
Dry flexible disc pack drive coupling with totally enclosed steel guard.
∙位于底座的润滑系统包括:
On base lubrication system comprising:
-- 与底座成一体的润滑油箱
Lube oil reservoir integral to baseframe.
-- 润滑油油位显示计
Lube oil level sight glass.
Lube oil reservoir breather with elements.
-- 380V 润滑油电加热器
380V electric lube oil heater
-- 润滑油吸入过滤器
Lube oil suction strainer.
-- 主轴直接驱动型主油泵
Directly driven main oil pump.
-- 380V 电机驱动全通量辅助油泵
380 volt electric motor driven full flow pre and post lubrication oil pump.

- 超大尺寸设计的管壳式油冷却器
Shell and tube lube oil cooler, oversized.
-- 10 微米级的双油过滤器
Dual Lube oil filters, 10 micron. With transfer valve
-- 润滑油温控制阀

Oil temperature control valve.
-- 润滑油系统压力调节阀
Lube oil system pressure relief valves.
-- 内部连接的无缝钢管连接管道与阀门 (油过滤器后材质为不锈钢) Interconnection seamless steel tubing and valves. (Stainless Steel materials for downstream of the oil filter)
-- 润滑油温度和压力传感器
Sensors for temperature and transducers for pressure.
-- 防止润滑油倒流装置
Reverse Rotation Protection
∙电控箱，包括各种低压启动器、接触器、断路器及变压器等，以上设备在厂内即已安装好并已接线
Electric control package consisting of low voltage starter, contactor and voltage
transformer with disconnect switch, factory installed and wired.
∙Allen Bradley PLC-5/03 可编程逻辑控制器， PanelView600 六英寸液晶显示屏及控制面板。PLC 到压缩机各监测点的配管和配线已完成
Machine mounted Allen Bradley PLC 5/03 based micro processor with first out
feature and in NEMA4 enclosure with “Panel View 600” LCD readout . All the piping from the inspection point to the PLC have been finished and wired in the factory.
∙检测各级进口处气体温度是否过高的传感器
Sensor for high inlet gas temperature of each stage.
∙最末级排出气体压力传感器
Last stage discharge gas pressure transmitter.
∙各级振动探头及振动传感器
Vibration inspection for each stage
∙主电机：SIEMENS，10 KV/3PH/50HZ 异步电动机，2250 HP (1678KW) , 3000 RPM，IP54外罩，F 级绝缘、B 级温升，服务系数 1.0，水冷却。
Siemens, Asynchronous main drive motor, 3 phase, 50 hertz, 10KV, 2250 HP (1678 KW), 3000 RPM , IP54 (TEWAC) enclosure, Insulation class F-VPI, B rating
temperature rise, 1.0 Service Factor, water cooled.
