摘要:针对传统双向DC/DC 变换器开关管有源桥(DAB)存在回流功率大、软开
关范围有限且开关管均在电流峰值处关断等问题,引人电感电容谐振网络,对L C 串联
谐振型DC/DC 变换器进行研究。采用基波分析法建立了 L C 串联谐振型DAB 变换器
近似等效电路模型,推导了变换器的功率传输、输出电流表达式。详细阐述了其在移
相控制方式下的工作原理、功率传输特性、软开关实现条件以及三种软开关。变换器
在实现软开关的同时,谐振腔电流更接近于正弦,开关管关断电流较小,降低了关断损
耗,并且可以改善系统电磁兼容特性。利用MATLAB/Simulink 仿真软件验证了 L C 串
联谐振型DAB 变换器的原理和控制方法的正确性,最后搭建硬件实验平台,实验结果
验证了电路拓扑原理及其控制策略的正确性和可行性。

Abstract : The traditional bidirectional DC/DC converter has large backflow pow er, limited soft swit
ch range
and switch off at peak current. On the basis of the original circu it,a resonance network was introduced to study LC series resonant DC/DC converter. The approximate equivalent circuit model of LC series resonant DAB converter was established by fundamental wave analysis,and the expressions of power transmission and output current of the converter were derived. The working principle,power transmission characteristics,soft switching conditions and three kinds of soft switching modes were described. Compared with the non resonant DAB converter, the LC series resonant DAB converter is more close to the sinusoidal, the switch off current is sm aller, the switching loss is reduced,and the system EMC characteristics can be improved. Through MATLAB/Simulink simulation software, it validated the principle and control method of the system. The utilization and efficiency of the system performance were validated by the experimental results.
