This law refers to inventions, utility models and industrial designs.
申请被批准后，全民所有制单位申请的，专利权归该单位持有；集体所有制单位或者个人申请的，专利权归该单位或者个人所有。 After the application is approved, if it is applied by a state-owned unit, the patent right shall be held by that unit; if it is applied by a collective-owned unit or an individual, the patent right shall belong to that unit or individual.
申请被批准后，专利权归申请的企业或者个人所有。
After the application is approved, the patent right shall belong to the enterprise or individual that applied for it.
专利权的所有人和持有人统称专利权人。
The owner and holder of the patent right are collectively referred to as the patentee.
第九条：两个以上的申请人分别就同样的发明创造申请专利的，专利权授予最先申请的人。
If two or more applicants separately apply for the same invention-creation patent, the patent right shall be granted to the first applicant.
第十条：专利申请权和专利权可以转让。
The patent application right and patent right may be transferred.
