某型号洗衣机控制板结构设计及制造过程分析
摘要
洗衣机作为三大白家电之一,为使用者提供“价廉物美”的洗衣机产品成为不同企业共同经营理念,不断创新自己产品的卖点,扩大产品的市场占有额,成为企业的追求目标。为此,开展洗衣机的深入研究具有十分重要的理论价值和实践意义。本课题主要针对洗衣机的控制板座开展研究分析。
洗衣机的控制板座是其重要的组成部分,它制约着洗衣机的精益制造,对整个洗衣机的深入研究具有重要意义,针对洗衣机的控制板座的结构设计和制造过程分析,本文所做的主要工作为:
1、通过对整个洗衣机的拆解分析和完整的装配工艺卡片的分析,掌握了控制板座的功能及其工作原理,掌握了与其相关的装配工艺过程,明确了整个分析研究的思路。
2、研究控制板座的不同结构方案,详细设计控制板座的轮廓结构和尺寸、连部分的结构和尺寸以及其他部分的结构和尺寸等,完成控制板座的整体设计,借助AutoCAD 和Pro-E软件绘制了详尽的二维和三维图纸。
3、为了进一步验证产品设计的工艺性,研究了控制板座材料的选择,模具设计的要点,通过Moldflow 6.1软件分析结构设计合理性,并进行改进,最终制定详细的控制板座的工艺卡。
洗衣机控制板座的结构设计及其优化改进为洗衣机制造业提供了良好范例,为该型号洗衣机产品提升市场竞争力。

Abstract
The washing machine as one of the three big white goods and washing products which provides the cheapest and best for the users. The goal of different enterprises is to continuously innovate their products and expand their market shares. To do this, to carry out in-depth research of the washing machine it has a very important theoretical value and practical significance. The main work of this paper is the design and manufacturing of the control panel shelf component in a washing machine.
The control panel shelf is an important part of the washing machine, it restricts the lean manufacturing of washing machine. It has an important significance to the further research of washing machine. We focus on the structure design and optimization of the control panel shelf comp
onent in a machine. The main work can be stated as follows:
1, Through analyzing the disassembly process and the assembly process of washing machine, we grasp the function and working principle of the control panel shelf component, then we master the assembly process, and clear the entire of the analysis research.
2, Through studying the different structural schemes of the control panel shelf component and the detailed design of its outline structure and exact size, we finish designing the control panel shelf component. At last, we draw a detailed 2D and 3D drawings by means of AutoCAD, PRO/E software.
3, In order to further verify the technological efficiency of product design, we research the selection of the material of drainage tube and the elements of the injection mould, and analyze the rationality of the structural by Moldflow software. Lastly, we improve it, and make a set detailed the process card of the drainage tube.
The structure design and optimization of the control panel shelf component provides a good example for the washing machine manufacturing industry and enhances the marketing competitiveness of these products.
