摘 要:本文针对公司某车型控制臂衬套螺栓装配缩颈问题,通过紧固件质量检测,CAE分析以及扭矩夹紧力试验,出造成部分控制臂螺栓缩颈屈服的根本原因是系统散差导致部分螺栓拧紧扭矩过大,螺栓屈服,并通过提高螺栓强度或降低装配扭矩解决该问题。 衬套 关键词:装配缩颈;控制臂;质量检测;扭矩-夹紧力试验
Abstract: Aiming atthe problem of boltassembly necking for the control arm of a vehicle, quality test of fasteners, CAE analysis and the torque clamping test is used. The result shows the ultimate cause of bolt assembly necking for control arm lies in the system scattering difference which leads to a too high tightening torque for very little part of the bolt and as a result, the bolt reach the yield point. And the problem can be solved by enhancing the bolt strength or lower the assembly torque.
