气相谱测定不同食用油脂肪酸组成

        摘要:本文使用气相谱法对不同种类食用油的脂肪酸组成进行了研究,为指导人们合理膳食提供了依据。样品经甲醇-氯乙酰甲酯化和脂肪酸甲酯的正己烷提取,经毛细管柱程序升温气相谱分离,火焰离子化检测器检测,根据谱保留时间和相对峰面积对脂肪酸的种类和组成进行了测定。结果表明,食用油含有多种脂肪酸,不同种类食用油的脂肪酸组成呈现各自的特点。n0705

pgl3>立式轴承座青铜旋塞阀        Abstract: In this article, the composition of fatty acids was determined by gas chromatography in edible oils with different sources, and this is helpful for guidance of peoples’ rational diet. Samples were treated with methanol- acetyl chloride solution and n-hexane to methylate the fatty acids and to extract the fatty acid methyl esters. Then, the separation was carried out on a capillary chromatographic column with temperature program and detected with flame ionization detector. The fatty acids were identified by the retention times and their contents were calculated according the peak areas. The results indicated, edible oils contain many kinds of fatty acids with their own characters.
